Our Return Policy

No returns for change of mind. We encourage you to review sizing guides, color descriptions, and product photos carefully before ordering. If you have questions about fit, fabric, or anything else before you buy, reach out—we're here to help. We don't accept returns on items that don't fit, aren't the color you expected, or simply aren't what you wanted. 

Defective items are our responsibility. If your Pigs Fly piece arrives damaged, defective, we'll make it right.

How to Report a Defective Item

  1. Document the issue. Take clear photos or video of the defect. Show the defect from multiple angles so we can make things right.

  2. Send it our way. Email your photos and video to pigsflysupport@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of what's wrong.

  3. We'll review. Our team will assess your submission to validate the defect.

  4. We'll refund. Once validated, we'll issue a full refund.
